Cancellation of your Hosting Package:

Please fill out the form below completely in order to initiate your cancellation.  Your account must be in current standing.   This form will serve as a 30 day advanced notice.

If you are canceling within the first 30 days, we will refund your first month of hosting.  Excluded from the refund will be: domain name registration, setup fees, overage fees, and any extras you may have ordered.   If we paid for the registration of your domain name, we will deduct $35 from your refund if you desire to keep the name. 

Phone or email requests will not constitute acceptance of cancellation. You must use this form and fax to the number below, or send this form via regular mail.
